「great location, delicious breakfast and excellent breakfast service. The room is a bit cold. it is a little bit tiny but it is close to tube station and you could choose something bigger but far away from the station. present surprise if you like drinks. 」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「The apartment is great with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and lovely living room plus kitchen. The team is highly responsive and our family really enjoy the stay.」

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」

「The hotel is between 2 underground stations, within 10 mins easy walk to both. Location is easy to get to the LHR airport and most of the landmarks by taking underground. Even the hotel rooms are small but in good and comfort condition. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Supermarkets nearby, the closest one literally just near door, which is a big one with Starbucks, so is very convenience. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also many around. I am happy about my stay and would like to...
