"Hotel, was lovely. Reception area and bar were really good. The restaurant breakfast choice was v v good, tables quite close together though. Sadly as we did come for the spar, both the stream room and the hot tub were shut for renovation so v disappointing. The bedrooms were very compact. Bed comfy, pillows hard though! The space between the bed and wardrobe was tiny but air on was amazing and it had a fridge which the website hadn’t shown. Very close to underground station so great location. Would stay there again - maybe check that the spa was fully open!"

"my brother and i stayed here for almost a week in late july 2026. the place was super super nice and the area is amazing — a few blocks away there's a complex with food, and like fifteen minutes of booking will get you to a good shopping complex for groceries and all that. it felt safe, and the hotel itself pretty safe too. the view from the window was pretty. we had an electric kettle to make tea and ramen, and a few outlets. the shower worked well. no bugs the whole time we were there so that was nice (: and the laundry was a bit difficult to find at first, all the way downstairs, but pretty easy to figure out once we got to it. the staff was very helpful in informing us about the area and helped quickly when we left our room keys in the room haha only downside is, and i figure this is just bad timing, the elevator was broken and we were like six floors up |: that was a bit tiring especially after already having a long day of walking around london since every trip down means a very long trip up. definitely got a workout moving our suitcases up on the first day. but yeah all in all, a really nice stay and i'll keep this in mind if i come back to london [:"

"The location was 9/10 bit of a walk from the tube but not bad! Lovely building and reception area! They could do with being able to check two sets of guests in at the same time, I’m not sure whether some training was going on at check in! The room unfortunately was designed for a disabled person, not really what you’d expect for able bodied, but it was spacious! Lovely bathroom / wet room! Lovely decor! The bed was a touch firm, but that’s always a personal choice! My only criticism, it wasn’t clear which was Air con shd which was the heating! In addition, the electric blinds were great, but not clear which switch operated them! OTHERWISE a fabulous stay and exceptional value"
