Rooms are a bit dated however breakfast was nice and the staff are very polite and courteous and make the hotel stand out

Room was clean. Tea/coffee were not topped up for second night. Only one flannel in the room. Towels were replaced, despite your green policy, and that we folded and rehung them. Small things, but they take the edge off. Beds great, pillows great, washing products great.
