Vijay spent so much time printing out directions and reviewing them with us for a special ABBA Arena Show that we had tickets to attend. The night if the show on the way to the tube I fell and injured myself. Louis was amazing when we came back to the hotel in helping in hwlping my roommate contact the venue to cancel, print up the forms needed for a refund etc. couldn’t have done it without him!"
