「Quite good, hope can stay again in the future visit in London」

「It’s noisy 」

「Stayed in the Regents room, very comfy and welcoming. The mattress kind of dipped in the middle but it was still comfortable to sleep in. Despite the fact that there was a bit of noise from outside, in the morning, I woke up feeling rested. The instructions to access the room were clear, and the venue is close to St John’s Wood. Pleasant stay overall!」

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「The front desk staff were friendly, and the bathroom was spacious enough, but the room facilities were rather basic.」

「Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. 「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...
