「Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert.」

「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

「Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!」

「Only ten minutes walk from Camden market , and 15-20 minutes walk to the tube. Staff were really friendly and room was great, everything we needed and really comfortable bed. Bathroom was huge.」

「Nice size room and modern bathroom. Better than average tea tray and bathroom shampoos in containers and not stuck on the wall. Free water in reception. Avoid a room with an adjoining room door, soundproofing not good. We were near a noisy group who chatted in the corridor.」

「The hotel is a charity in an old church building which is a really nice way to conceive of a hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was very small (eg hard to open a carry on suitcase) but had everything you need (eg iron, hair dryer etc). The building is starting to show wear and the lobby feels most like a hostel check in. The sheet and towels were clean and fresh.
