The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it.」

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the in room coffee option and treats, and having air conditioning was especially welcome as I visited during the May heat wave. 「The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again. 」

「The housekeeping staff do not clean the room proactively, and even when we asked hotel staff to clean, the job was not done properly. The hotel has a convenient location and a comfortable lobby, but the housekeeping is not proactive. We feel it could be arranged better. 」

「Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.」
