「迎賓飲料非常有誠意.運河旁環境很好，交通方便」

「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

「This is the first time I’ve stayed at Dorset Square Hotel, but it won’t be the last. The combination of location, gorgeous interiors, and exceptional service makes it the perfect place to stay. An absolute gem.」

「Good service 員工nice」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「The room is small with a very high bed. I need to climb up with some effort. The shower curtain is also very short which cannot prevent water from going to the carpet outside. The price is also not friendly but it is really convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. 」

「No Staff to do any thing except daily routine of cleaning room. Not warm,Dull Boring Cold not warm Wint go back」

「Excellent room - everything was brand new and very clean. The kitchenette was a nice touch, even if there wasn’t a cooker - it was enough for our one night stay. Some dish soap would had been nice, but other than that it was a perfect stay. It can be a little noisy as it is above the pub, but apart from that it was very cosy and we would come back again.」

「The staff were top tier when it comes to taking the initiative to provide help and information, also very friendly and approachable. The included breakfast, were good quality and had many options to choose from. Location is well connected with bus stops and tube stations within 5 mins walking distance.」

「Location and breakfast are good.」

「Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish...
