「noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. 」

「This was a lovely place to stay! They even let us check in early, which was so helpful. The location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was air conditioning also, which was a plus on a couple of hot days. 」

「We had a fantastic experience overall but the lock was tricky and we could've used an extra set of keys since there were four of us. 」

「The stay was made so much easier with the communication with the landlord. Extremely helpful when I messaged him with some very minor issues. Very close to amenities to use as a stop over to see London. This is a budget room but has everything needed which you would not have in a hotel for double the price with your own kitchen separate living room and bedroom.」
