Clean room. Very basic. This is like a youth hostel for adults. Virtual check in. Fire alarm went off at 10:30pm. Evacuated the building. Guests standing out on the street until 12:30am. No fire. No explanation. Staff was minimally friendly. Only one person was polite and friendly as one would expect from hospitality staff. The others seemed disgruntled.

Would only recommend you stay here if you need a quick stop with a location near the train stations (Euston train station and Kings Cross, St. Pancas). Otherwise if staying longer, I would look elsewhere. It would have been fine for one night. Pretty basic amenities. Check-in was not smooth due to computer screens. But worst of all we were woken up by the fire alarm going off before 11pm. The entire building had to evacuate and didn’t get back in the building until 12:20am. While this seemed out of the control of the staff, and obviously there was the need for the fire department to clear the building, but what was disappointing how the communication was handled. There didn’t seem to be anyone taking the lead to communicate anything to the guests who were all waiting outside in a chilly evening, many with young children and some who rushed out without appropriate clothing or even shoes. At one someone (maybe an employee?) showed up with towels to hand out for warmth and then eventually someone came through the crowd and told people they could go down the street to their sister hotel location to sit inside to get warm. There didn’t seem to be anyone taking the lead or going above and beyond to apologize or care for the guests so that was disappointing.

Dans l'ensemble un super séjour et des chambres très calmes propre avec une literie au top et un petit déjeuner avec de quoi satisfaire tout le monde. Par contre nous avons vécu une alerte incendie en 2 temps comme si le personnel avait hésité à la déclancher...

Lovely stay! Friendly staff and fantastic location! Great breakfast! Bus stops are steps away and can connect you throughout central London. London Underground is also across the street and well as St Pancreas International. We did not require car transfers, simply walked and took transit, to from the hotel/ airport.
