The rooms were smaller than I expected and I was disappointed about that. I first received a room that didn’t have a window which felt claustrophobic to me. The staff kindly gave me a different room.

This hotel was conveniently located near many tube stops. We were shocked at how tiny the room was (literally a bed jammed against a wall and a tiny walk space next to it). BUT, that said, it was arranged very thoughtfully to make maximum use of the total space.

Room had enough space for maximum of 2 people. Room refresh available upon request, minimum amenities (just soap in the bathroom, no lotion). Would have liked hotel to provide cups for brushing teeth and a safe for valuables in the room. Staff was pleasant.
