Great location, terrific staff and dependably clean. The only criticism would be the beds are not as comfortable as some hotel accommodations.

Impeccable service from booking through check-out. Lovely, spotless rooms, comfortable bed, large room size for London. The breakfast was delicious - great variety on the buffet and made-to-order options. We will happily stay here for future London trips.

Refurbished junior suite. Very nice and bathroom was great. Breakfast offering was very good and hot items offered. Our junior suite was a corner room away from the street which was nice. However it was on the rear of the elevators so constant - albeit low- rumble from moving elevators. Love the hotel and the location but would choose a different room next time

I have stayed here on a number of occasions now and every time it has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic for Covent Garden and is also just short walking distance from lots of other great areas. I always feel very comfortable at this hotel and will return again

Every thing was great except I had a hard time setting the temp in the room! The the thermostat had very limited options, I couldn’t even turn the HVAC off! It was too cold when I was up and setting around and not cold enough when I was sleeping! Other wise all was good! The rooms were newly remodeled and the staff were all excellent! Management did step in and find me a room where the HVAC worked better and they comped me breakfast every day for the inconvenience!

Location is excellent - situated right in Covent Garden, near the Underground and shops, shows, and restaurants. Air conditioning was appreciated during the recent heat wave and the rooms were comfortable (the standard room is a bit smaller than a usual North American room) and recently upgraded.

Staff were extremely kind and courteous. Room was spotless, well-stocked, chic, and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. This hotel is very close to the Underground, super convenient for getting on the Elizabeth line to Heathrow (terminals 2 & 3) without any transfers. Very glad we stayed here, and would do so again without a doubt.

A return stay to this property did not disappoint! We stayed a few days in May and again for a few days in June. Staff was very helpful and professional. Great location for things we wanted to see and do this trip. Room was comfortable - just right for us. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner/lounge also. Would recommend!
