All good. The only problem was the scaffolding in front of my window and the noise of the works they were doing.

The room was clean and efficient but TINY. I bumped my elbows and knees getting out of the bed very frequently. I tried to leave the hotel one morning around 6:45 AM and the elevator wasn’t working, nor could I get anybody on the phone on the emergency WhatsApp number posted. There were no stairs to the main lobby from the basement area where I was staying, so I had to exit the building through a fire escape. That’s my biggest complaint. Aside from that, the location is amazing and the hotel was clean.

I was visiting from the USA where the hotels are not as small and I understand Europe is different very tiny room, but we were there for one night on our way back to the USA , we enjoyed the neighborhood so nice , clean, safe and charming, thank you

Our stay here was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, albeit small, however this was not a problem for us. Staff were kind and helpful, allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Location is IDEAL - short walk to Earl’s Court station, Gloucester Rd dining, and Hyde Park. Good price given the last minute booking. We would absolutely stay again.

This was very close to the earl court station, which was nice. There were lots of restaurants near the hotel as well. The room was very small, as was the bathroom. I also felt there was too much furniture in the room given the size. The nightstand was pushed 2 feet away from the wall bc the door couldn’t open if the nightstand was against the wall. So why don’t they have a smaller nightstand?

Generelt set var værelset meget støvet. Madrassen var virkelig dårlig, og badet var ikke ordentlig rengjort. Jeg fandt flere hår, som ikke var mine. En af lamperne på soveværelset virkede ikke. Jeg tror muligvis også, at der var mug over spejlet i badeværelset. De ansatte var meget venlige, men det var det eneste plus ved mit ophold.

To say the room was small would be a significant understatement! It’s right on the ground floor and you can basically see people walking back-and-forth in front of the windows at all times all the way up until about one in the morning. Also, the air conditioning does not work in the room at all, and there are no screens on the windows so you can’t leave the windows open at night because people can see and reach right into the room from the street and the air conditioning doesn’t work so the room stays hovering around 84°F! The bathroom has no shower curtain on the tub and the removable handle moves while the water is on.
