We cannot express how pleased we were with our entire experience staying at The Hayden! We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! Luigi greeted us upon arrival and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean, adorably decorated, have big bathrooms, and a must for us - EXCELLENT air conditioning! It was unseasonably hot this week and our room was one of the only places in the city we could find true relief from the heat. The location is perfect if you don’t mind using the underground and Notting Hill could not be more quaint. The food downstairs in the pub is also delicious. We will absolutely be back!

The location was good but there is no lift and we are over 70 and were on the top floor. We had help with luggage on check in but not on check out and the stairs are very narrow and if you check out before 9, you must go down below ground level and then back up to get out. Young people with minimal luggage would do great.

This is such an amazing inn to stay at! The room was cozy, staff were friendly, even offering a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and free snacks in the room. Not to mention the location is fantastic in Notting Hill. If I am in London again, definitely would stay at this property again.

Rarely have I said this, but this beautiful property is a 10 out of 10!!! From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with everything about this charming place! The staff is beyond helpful and kind, the property’s location in Notting Hill is fantastic, and every detail in the room was perfection! The room and bed was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower modern, with every amenity, with added special touches everywhere! We had dinner in the pub, after a long day of travel, and had great service and delicious food. I couldn’t recommend the Hayden

Fantastic location, close to two tube stations - Bayswater and Queensway. Paddington and Royal Oak aren’t far either - about a twenty minute walk. Many restaurants and grocery stores on Queensway plus Pret and Starbucks, as well as Waitrose on Westbourne Grove. Food delicious at the bar, and you get a 10% discount on food and drinks. Try their deluxe burger! In the pub, Zareen and Maya were very friendly and helpful. Rahad in housekeeping did a great job and was very flexible. Many amenities in the room including bottled water, coffee, treats, and Netflix. A/C worked very well. Nice shower. You can get to the room from a private guest entrance or through the bar. Room is a bit small, and there is no elevator. Closet is small, but there were lots of drawers. They were also kind enough to help me with luggage. Breakfast is only served on weekends, but not a problem because of the many restaurants nearby. There was some street noise from emergency vehicles, but not late at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

The stay was fantastic, the room was lovely, linen clean , great bathroom. Pub downstairs was really nice, busy and lovely vibe. The best part of the stay was the staff they were fabulous , without exception. I could not recommend this accommodation highly enough.
