「Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Rosy was a great landlady, everything was as described, great mattresses, rooms very clean and the breakfast was a dream. In the evening you could choose the breakfast for the morning from a menu. We'll definitely come back」

「非常小巧的房间，但应有尽有，吹风机，电风扇，开水壶，独立浴室，电视，wifi. 英式早餐是现做的，服务很周到。每天都有客房清洁服务。他家还有个漂亮的小花园，从楼上看下去很不错。每天从外面玩回来，可以自在地休息。 其位置离大英博物馆步行10分钟不到，距离euston地铁站、火车站都很近，特别方便。除了空间比较小之外，在伦敦是个很好的住宿点。」

「The service was great..had a lovely breakfast and a nice comfortable sleep. It was a lovely touch with the coffee machine and mini fridge with a free beer. But please change or clean that awful chair in the room. It looks like someone has met their end on it! 」

「The location was fantastic, good breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and the bed was very comfortable, which for a positive aspect. The negative, the noise I can hear everything from the room next door. The bathroom needs to be up upgraded, The water pressure coming out of the shower was very low, to get hot water you had to leave the water running for a while. My opinion Is a good hotel for one night. 」

「Great location for a gig at the Troxy. Although we were concerned about the shared toilet and shower facilities having read previous feedback it was no problem at all. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Sadly we didn’t have time to have a meal but all the food we saw looked great.」
