Great location. Staff and customer service wonderful. Free on road parking at the weekend. Would have liked an ironing board in room. Windows don’t open and the plumbing in our room wasn’t great as it sounded like the toilet was constantly flushing. However, we would return and just ask for a different room.

The bed is excellent, and the room is cozy. I know this area is nice and quiet, that's why I selected it, even though it's near the Thems and the convenient underground and bus station, Hammersmith. Especially, I love the classic Barns Bridge, it's right there! Next time, I definitely enjoy dinner here.

The room was really cosy and spotless. The staff were very helpful and they even had an air conditioning guide! No hotel ive been to tell you how to use it. Other hotels need to take notes.
