Had a great stay at the Admiral. The location is terrific, close to the underground, busses and the Heathrow Express. But what made the stay special was the staff, Kevin at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and the cheery breakfast lady. 😁

You pay for what you get. Great, full breakfast. Definitely a great add on to save money and still having a healthy and proper breakfast to get the day started. All the staff was super helpful. Washrooms are not the biggest, but definitely has everything you need. Great water pressure and hot water. Very close to Paddington station as well. It’s not a five star hotel, so do not go in with certain expectations as others do. However, I think, it was definitely worth it.

No AC. Fans do not work. Bathroom was not the best. Stayed here for two nights with my kids. They put us on the 4th floor - there’s no elevators and the stairs are tiny and winds around so very difficult to take up luggage. Extremely basic rooms. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Staff are lovely,my room was clean,bed was comfy,but I was underground no Windows just a ventilation hole in the roof you had to unwind to open them I had kids looking down on me so couldn't relax, toilet was a bit stinky and small Breakfast was nice, They advised a bar but they don't open it for guests so you can't relax in the hotel at all and have to go out for food and drink

The Reception Staff were very good and the member of staff on Sunday was exceptionally polite and helpful. Whilst I appreciate I was staying in a single room, it felt like a cupboard, I was able to touch 2 walls at the same time, and I am not tall or have long arms! The carpet was dirty, the room had a very unpleasant smell, it was a basement room so perhaps it was due to that. The en-suite was tiny, the basin extremely small and there was no plug. The staff at breakfast were unaware that I was a coeliac and required a gluten free meal, despite noting the requirement when I booked the room. I can only say that I was very glad my stay was for only one night and I will not be going back again.

La chambre était plutôt bien malgré la fenetre qui ne fermée pas a clef (on m'a donné une explication mais j'ai pas tout compris a part que les gens partaient avec la clef sinon donc qu'ils la laissaient ouverte) mais elle ne tenait plus en place (il suffisait de la pousser pour qu'elle s'ouvre). Sinon le logement est bien situé, le personnel est gentils et à l'écoute. Le petit dejeuner reste simple (pain, confiture, beurre, cereales, the, cafe) ou le petit dejeuner typique mais c'est largement suffisant.

This hotel was marvellous for my budget. Greeted by a warm receptionist and a beverage, comfortable beds and very clean. The closeness to Paddington station was very handy too!

30kg suitcase up 4 flights of the tightest staircase you’ve ever seen. Good luck! It’s brutal. Shower dimensions ideal for small child. But if you want under $350AUD anywhere near Paddington, it’s your only option.
