"I booked this hotel rather than other less expensive airport hotels as it advertised spa facilities. However these were unexpectedly shut when I was there, so I felt as though I wasted money. The staff were not apologetic about this and did not offer any alternatives or compensation, which was disappointing. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable, though the decor is a bit dated. Also, strangely there were no outlets by the bed, so I had to charge my phone in an outlet across the room from me and I worried about not hearing my alarm in the morning."

"This hotel is very well situated with the Hop On/Big Bus having a stop right there, as well the amenities are fantastic. A very cute, clean and delish coffee and pizza restaurant with a nice outside patio as well as modern and comfortable inside seating right beside a wonderful Pub that also has indoor and outdoor seating. The food was very good at both places and it was so convenient to just get back to the hotel after a full and busy day sightseeing on the bus to have great choices right there. The staff were really great as well. Our room was also very clean and a very nice updated bathroom with a huge tub/shower unit. We would certainly stay here again."

"Everything was great. Really helpful staff, good sized rooms with good amenities. I’ve stayed in Kensington many times, but never here before, I think I was put off by the logo looking a little dated, it was never for specific reasons, that’s the only thing I can really think of. I only booked it because my usual go-tos were full, but in the future this will be my first choice."
