We chose this hotel as it was close to Wembley Stadium. The hotel staff were lovely, check in was easy, our room was clean and had everything we needed. Our bags were stored after check out. There was no noise from outside or other guests while we were in our room. We will definitely stay here again.

I'm totally blown away by this place, upgraded to an Executive room which was amazing. We did have a problem with the TV which we couldn't use or turn off overnight but the hotel refunded us the cost of our breakfast & parking with no quibble. If your staying here I highly recommend you to take advantage of the Sky bar on the 9th floor, absolutely stunning & the drinks are cheaper than the Arena! Fantastic buffet breakfast & welcoming staff, nowhere comes close if your visiting the Stadium or Arena plus it's right next door to London Designer Outlet Village for some Christmas shopping as well. The only place to stay if in the area for the true VIP experience plus really cheap parking in the secure Gold car park. Congratulations on making our night away truly special👍
