"I dont believe this hotel had AC and there was some construction going on but other than that our tay was perfect. The staff was amazing and we were able to get an early checkin."

"The hotel was very nice and the room was very good size. It was also very quiet which was a blessing. The restaurant is easily accessible and had very good food and drink. You do have to order at the bar but that's not a problem. There is also easy access to the train for terminals 4 and 5 and a short walk inside to terminal 3. That is very handy for travelers. We really enjoyed our time here. "

"We had booked 2 rooms for 5 people. The hotel rooms were poorly lit and the bathroom needed repair. The bathbub was rusty in one room and the other room had a big stain over the toilet which was gross. Also I have never seen just a flat sheet on the bed.In the middle of the night the sheet came undone and I was practically sleeping on the bare matteress which was also terrible. The rooms we were in #270 & 172 smelt of stale smoke which came in from the stairwell. I did complain to the staff at the front desk in the morning but they asked me if I would like a complimentary cup of coffee which I declined as we were leaving for the airport. I would definately not stay at a Hyatt location again."
