「The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.」

「Pretty hotel with old style renovation 」

「We stayed on Saturday evening as we had been to watch Strictly. We didn't use any of the amenities because we arrived back late. Breakfast was good in the morning. If in the area, would stay again」

「客房整潔，面積大 前臺職員辦理入住手續迅速，有禮貌」

「I had no problems with cleanliness. 2 star motels in the US usually have a small refrigerator in their rooms, they answer their phones, they have small soap bars and small toothpaste available. 「員工友善，服務良好，位置方便」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...
