「The staff are very friendly and helpful」

「Room was cold, carpet was dirty, and the location was far away from the tube station (better to take the bus from the station to this hotel)…never wanna stay there again. Staff was friendly tho.」

「It was like a squat」

「The place is generally clean and the staff friendly. The presence of a washing machine and an additional fan upon request are two pluses. My room albeit on the ground floor has its small single window facing a wall only. The bathroom facilities tend to be a little too basic.」

「The area has everything you could need including a beautiful green space & park. However, the property is not luxury. When we arrived there was building work still happening, the apartment was not the one advertised, there was no oven as stated, the bathroom was so small I couldn't even turn around in it and there was a foul smell, like a blocked drain smell, in the bathroom.

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」
