Found this place after being stranded at Heathrow and it was so good! The room was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were amazing! We really appreciated the assistance with booking a taxi at check out, with the staff member even using his own phone to talk to the driver. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

It was clean, quiet, and the desk attendant was very accommodating. A lot of sources advertise a pub in the hotel, but it is closed and has been for years. Not much of a negative, but just be aware. There is no card entry into the building. The desk attendant has to buzz you in. At first it was a little strange, but the extra level of security is probably a good thing, though the neighborhood was not at all threatening. It is very diverse though, so if that bothers you it is something to keep in mind. Easy walk to the Acton Town tube stop and many buses in the street the hotel is on. Would recommend.

Booked my stay here due to proximity to Wembley Stadium. The room was clean and felt like it had air conditioning, but the television didn’t work and only one outlet in the whole room worked.

Room was cold, carpet was dirty, and the location was far away from the tube station (better to take the bus from the station to this hotel)…never wanna stay there again. Staff was friendly tho.

Helpful staff but that's about it, no windows and no working air con so the room was lime a sauna when it was 30 degrees outside too. Room not very maintained as was cracks in every wall and the plug sockets hanging off the wall so didn't work

We stayed in the basement room and it was quite spacious but the best part was the air conditioning! It was 35 degrees outside during our stay and a comfortable 19 degrees inside thanks to the A/C. Parking was a little frustrating as you have to pay to park in the Morrisons next door. Street parking isn't allowed during the day (9.30 - 5.30). Staff were friendly although they were unable to source extra pillows so it's one flat one each! Bring your own if you want more!
