Very bad experience in the hotel and bad support .

i had been downgraded my family room to twins room. Hotel manager said that all same grade room is all occupied. contact Hotels online customers service. they can’t even provide any support to me. And can’t give back the price difference between family room to twins room.

The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!

Booked one month beforehand. Arrived at the hotel only to be told the whole hotel was closed due to maintenance for the next 2 months. With no prior communication and fully staffed, they are refusing to provide a refund on a non fund policy that only states if I cancel the reservation, then i'm not eligible for a refund. Taking the matter further now

Excellent Airport hotel. Very convenient to take the underground tube from Hatton Cross station which is just across the street to Heathrow airport. Well staffed reception with helpful and polite people. Good amenities including a restaurant and bar. Would definitely recommend if catching a flight the following day.

A fantastic stay at the Atrium Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to London!

The room smelled badly like cigarette and the breakfast buffet didn't have a big offer. The beds are very comfortable and although the airplanes fly directly over the hotel, you don't hear any noise. The location is very practical if you need to go to Heathrow.

Close to Tube station facilitating easy connectivity to central London. Breakfast was good but the same items were repeated on each day that we stayed here. Room was clean and had suffiecient space.

Awesome and super friendly receptionist. Rooms very quiet despite being at the very noisy airport and A30. Unfortunately isolation towards the hallway not that impressive. Clean hotel but I've found caps from shampoo under my bed after the check in. To summarize: I'd come anytime. Recommended.

The hotel itself was nice, the room, the pool, everything was clean, the issues we had were the bed was hard as a rock and not easy to sleep in, we had to ask for more pillows which wasn’t a problem they were delivered straight away, the breakfast was food, plenty of it but let’s say it wasn’t made by a happy person and seemed like it had been there a while, tea and coffee wasn’t great, coffee machines broken so no selection just an insulated jug of coffee and hot water for a tea bag, only one selection for tea bags and no decaf of either, the only complementary tea/coffee was in our room, let’s say it didn’t suit our needs and we won’t be back, plenty of other hotels in the area that like customer satisfaction.

Stayed for less than 24 hours in a triple room, which had 3 twin beds and was spacious, as was the bathroom. Combo bath and shower. Bath slippery. Requested rubber bath mat. None available. These should be provided. Quiet. Did not hear planes. Room had a fridge. The tube was not working so we took the bus, which turned out to be better as it dropped us on the same side of the hotel, whereas with the tube, we would have had to cross a busy road. I had messaged ahead to the hotel and their info was very detailed and helpful, especially as we landed at Heathrow T5 very late. Full breakfast was included and had a wide choice. This hotel met our needs and the rate was reasonable.

Good side: It's affordable, near the tube station, close to the airport and has decent rooms. Disappointed: Noise comes from the corridor until midnight, and a stranger knocked on my door a couple of times in the late night and hair in the bathroom.

Decor is functional and hotel caters to group travel and short stays, because of its location. Basic breakfast service and staff who provide minimum service standards. Bed was comfortable.

空港のターミナル駅から無料で移動できる地下鉄の駅前に立地。近くにスタンド併設のコンビニがあるが夜間は窓口での対応になるので事実上利用不可。徒歩20分ぐらいで大きなスーパーがある。部屋はそれなりに広々してるし、小さな冷蔵庫もある。朝食は毎日同じメニュー。スクランブルエッグはかなり不味い。アジア大陸の団体さえいなければ快適。運が悪いと団体客で朝食会場が一杯で朝から不快。
