「A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!」

Three out of the 7 nights, the elevator was not working, it had no hot water and the air conditioning for the last two nights was out of order as well. We constantly had to ask for towels (for a double occupancy) they only gave us one bath towel….. I would not recommend this place at all」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」
