The room was fantastic, beds were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and engaging.
We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Tower Bridge. We will definitely stay at a Novotel again.
The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. Our room was right in front of the elevators and I was afraid about the noises, but I did not hear anything. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the underground and the Tower Bridge. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was good, but a little bit pricey. Overall, it was a very good experience and it’s worth for the price.

The hotel was okay, but not much facilities in the area. Swarms of tourists at the Tower Bridge Subway Station. But very quiet at night. Decent hotels in the area.
We had an excellent seven night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were personable and extremely helpful particularly Zainob and Ola. The breakfast in the attached restaurant Keepers was excellent with many options. The greeters and waitstaff provided friendly and competent service. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Location was a five minute walk to the underground tube system. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Heating not working - room too cold
Asked for a heater which was provided but gave us a power cut and was very noisy - disturbed my sleep
Toiletries provided for one person only although the booking was for 2 people.

Sink was clogged.
Shower was good, staff was friendly.
The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from a tube station on lines that hit all the major tourist destinations. Our room was comfortable, quite roomy (for London), bathroom, linens, towels, etc all good quality. Front desk staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was good for drinks or a quick meal.
