The room was basically a pod. It was not a room. Ridiculously small and hugely expensive for what it was. Property was clean and staff great but this is not really a hotel.

Very clean and friendly staff. Room is on the small side but accommodating for what we needed. Would stay again as only 9 mins walk from victoria station. Parking outside the hotel. Also air-conditioning and heating. Only £5 to store the bags for the day as well

Very simple place to stay for a transit day. The rooms are very small but they aren't hiding that. You know what you're getting and for a layover night, it's perfect. Everything is clean and the bed is comfy. The staff are polite and helpful and it's very nearby to the train and bus station .

Very small accommodation, more like a pod. Coffee bar is available but very expensive for the quality of what you are paying for. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest. It’s alright if you don’t plan on being in you hotel much and just need a place to sleep. Overall very cramped and couldn’t wait to leave.

Good value for money, the rooms are small but great location and base to explore London from! The bed only came with one pillow but upon asking reception another was provided, and hairdryers are by request as well. I’d recommend this hotel for short stays but not to long as there isn’t much room to store luggage in the room and can be awkward to access it in the room!

Stayed at this hotel before so knew what the rooms were like (very very compact). The hotel didn't seem that clean on arrival and I stayed their 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once. Very noisy too, if you stay, try and get a room that does not look onto the road. And they charge £5 to look after your luggage

La struttura è pulita ma per quello che costa siamo finite in una stanza di 10 metri quadri a stento, senza finestra e con il bagno che sembrava quello di un aereo, minuscolo doccia wc e lavandino tutto insieme

The hotel room was the smallest we have ever had. That being said, it was very close to Victoria station which made it very convenient getting around London. The room was clean and the bathroom was functional. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We knew the room was going to be small, but knowing and living it for a week was a little harder than expected.
