The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures showed small rooms but the two rooms we had were so so small with a queen sized bed with have the length of the toilet/shower room against the bed. 2 paces from the bed was the front door and also toilets entrance door. The room was damp and the only positive was AC in the room. Genuinely the minute size of the room was totally over sold as much larger in all the pictures. Ruined our stay in london. Shameful easy hotel

The room was the size of a closet, the bed creaked, you could hear everything because the walls were made of paper. Was unable to go to sleep at a reasonable hour because everyone was making noise and every day someone was banging their door at six am. They don’t have an elevator. My room was on the “third floor” and I had to carry my suitcase up six flights of stairs. And no one thought to help me. When I checked in the employees looked at me weird, I didn’t understand why until I saw the stairs. The bathroom was tiny, an adult cannot comfortably take a shower in there and the soap smelled horrible. I was so glad the soap was so cheap that it didn’t leave a single trace of what it actually smelled like, because it was disgusting. If you have actual luggage with you I do not suggest this hotel at all, because if I wanted to go to the bathroom I had to move my suitcase, if I wanted to open the bathroom door I had to move it again, and if I wanted to open the actual door to leave the room or even get in the bed I had to move it again. The only good thing is that the AC worked, and it worked so well because the room was just the bed and the bathroom. I had booked this hotel because the one in Amsterdam was so nice… the resemblance stopped at the name.

No elevator description of room was not made clear on website. I had to go downstairs to get amenities like remote control for TV ,hair dryer ,key did not work had to get a new key and remote did not work had to go up three flights of steps and down three flights of steps again The front desk staff were kind especially Raj .

Hotel is good if you are on a budget. Rooms are small and basic. Beds have seen better days. Hotel is very noisy with paper thin walls, you can hear people walking round above and in the rooms on the same floor. Constantly woken up by foreigners talking/laughing/screaming loudly or running between rooms and slamming doors. Also when I first got into my room, it was like walking into a freezer. It was -1c outside and the window had been left open. The bedding was damp and the room never warmed up as you have no control over the temp in the room. If you are a backpacker then stay here as it should be listed as a hostel instead of a hotel.

I could go along the route of the rooms being tiny, but as it was advertised, im not going to. It was very clean, very comfortable and very cool with the air-con. I couldnt have had much better stay for the price anywhere else.

Amed was very friendly and helpful. Room were like a small cube, with the shower and toilet all in the same space. Very had to take a shower when your just inches away from the toilet and the sink.

It’s a small room. 6” by 11” with a bathroom and a bed on a loft. It reminds me of ships quarters for crew. I get that it’s designed for maximum efficiency and all that. There was no lift and no help when I checked out with a heavy suitcase. The A/C worked as did the TV.

I stayed in a windowless room which was fine. Had aircon. The bathrooms are tiny. My only complaint was my room LG6 had what i can only describe as a loud buzzer go off for around 10secs. I thought it was the air con but i switched it off and it still made it. It would happen intermittently but would wake you from sleep. Apart from that it was in a good location.
