It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling! I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed.

Hotel was very good. Room was excellent though the air conditioning was a little noisy at times. Very nice cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Car park was very useful, though the costs given on the phone were doubled with no notice due to there being an event on at Wembley Stadium! Would definitely use the hotel again.

A very disappointing stay. Be warned that you are expected to pay a £50 holding deposit, which is not mentioned beforehand! When I queried this I was told I didn't need to pay it because I had already paid for breakfast. Apparently some guests eat breakfast without paying (I wouldn't bother). Staff were friendly but the hotel is very tired in many areas. Although the bathroom was modern, the bedroom carpet was very old, looked dirty, the furniture was old and damaged, no mattress protector under a very thin bedsheet, single thin pillow. Thankfully, the air-con worked well! Breakfast was a complete waste of money! We were offered EITHER a continental or English breakfast. Other hotels offer both options. I thought the safer choice would be continental. It was very basic and cheap. We should've checked out and gone elsewhere without booking breakfast too. Will look for alternative accommodation if we need to return to the area another time.

After reading the very negative reviews before my stay I was feeling a little bit of dread before my trip but on arriving and following my brief stay I must say that my stay was perfect.Everything that other people had complained about was for me not a problem from cleanliness,decor the air conditioning and bathroom to the breakfast.Everything was perfect and especially the breakfast which was the best I have had in many of my last hotel stays.Well done to the team at the hotel.I will be back.

The location is convenient and close to the Ovo Arena Wembley. I watched Keung To Lava Concert there so is just about 7 mins walk back to the hotel. However the lift was out of order and I was assigned the room on the top the 5th floor which is really bad especially carrying a luggage. I ask the receptionist whether if there is room on lower floor and he said fully booked. He is not very patience with my request and didn’t say anything but fully booked cannot do anything but only walk up. This gave me a very bad impression as for my first time staying. I will not come back

This hotel is a little gem, minutes walk away from Wembley stadium and the train station. I was positively surprised by the spacious double room, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the big telly, good bathroom and the coffee/tea station & fridge with water in it. I will definitely stay here in future and I can heartily recommend this hotel. I didn't use breakfast or business facilities so I can't say anything about those.

This can't not be call a hotel, excluding the staff which was really nice, nothing else matched the pictures they have on the website. I don't know why they asking for 50£ deposit in top off the room rate, when the rooms look like this . I never imagined to walk in to a hotel room and find hair on the bath and on the chair, its disgusting. You have a booking for two, but its only one glass, the chair ist completely destroyed, carpet it's ready dirty (I didn't feel confortable to get may socks off and walk on that), no door handle for the balcony outside door. And have parking availability but when I asked for it, receptionist sent me to Holiday Inn, to pay for overnight parking because they don't have a free space.

Very clean and modern room. Staff very friendly especially the man at reception. Unfortunately lift not working but they did offer us complimentary breakfasts. Breakfast was very good.
