「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed...
