「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami. The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel is also within walking distance of CVS, the train station, and...

「This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My boyfriend and I were treated disrespectfully by staff over a checkout issue, despite attempting to communicate and resolve the matter. The interaction left us feeling harassed and unwelcome. I have already contacted corporate about the situation and have not received a response. Until this matter is addressed, I cannot recommend staying here. Customer service and guest treatment need significant improvement.」

「Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor 」
