「all was great 」

「Nice place, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, great taste. Complementary water and coffee are a plus. I can rate the breakfast since there was none. It was a very cold night and the little heater wasn’t enough to warm the room, but other than that everything was great. 」

「The front desk staff, particularly Abigail, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Abigail proactively communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure all our needs were met. Following our check-out, my husband inadvertently left his pill case in the room, and Abigail promptly contacted me to inform us and facilitate its retrieval. 「This could have been a 3 star review, BUT.... The hotel, restaurant and marina bar are something out of the past, harking back to the golden age of tiki themed resorts. Our assigned room was nice but the air conditioning was dated and the room wouldn't cool at all. A call to the front desk, and we were upgraded to a recently remodeled room with cold cold air and a complimentary drink. We loved our stay!! My compliments to the wonderful and accommodating staff. We will definitely return!!」
