「The parking area is not very convenient and easy. You have to depend on an available space, most of blocked without a car parked. You have to wait until a hotel assistant comes to open one up. The hotel has no elevators. I have a bad knee and the only rooms available upon my check in were rooms for pets on the first floor. I needed assistance for the luggage up the stairs. The staff were nice. The location is good, pretty sunrise in the front of the hotel. Other than that, I won’t be staying...

「We took a spur of the moment trip to St.Augustine and by some miracle there was a room available at Bayfront Westcott. We were met by Sandy the manager who helped us get sorted out. It was happy hour and we met some other people who were staying and everyone was having a great time in the quaint but beautiful dining room. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was exactly what we needed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and we highly recommend staying there!」

「The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, but under renovation. Pool was open but not the Hot Tub which is one of the reasons we chose this location. We had an issue with low water pressure and no hot water. Our room had no WiFi access for some reason. The phone did not work which was probably related to lack of WiFi in the room. Because they were completely booked, they could not move us to another room, so we transferred to another hotel. The staff is excellent and did what...

「Nice, cute and intimate, beautifully authentic, and wonderfully quiet hotel. Offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Take note the property doesn't have a full kitchen on-site, so pre-pepared breakfast items are serve. But in general It’s an absolute sanctuary for anyone looking to unwind in style and peace!」

「We stayed at the “Casa” this weekend. The staff and the room were excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, Jonathan came back to the inn to correct the problem. He even made arrangements to move us to another suite if it became necessary. Fortunately, Jonathan was able to work some HVAC magic and get the room cooling again. Our stay was excellent. Be sure to make it down for breakfast. The food is something NOT to miss. Thank you to Jonathan, Oliver and the team....

「The room was very nice and clean! They had it done before checkin and we were able to get into it early which was nice. It was very quiet even with it being above the bar.」

「Staff was very helpful and responsive. Location is great! Place is in bad disrepair. Electrical outlet in bathroom was unusable, cracked and rusted. Caulk in bathroom was cracked, dirty and separated. “Memory Foam” mattress was very uncomfortable, I felt like a rotisserie chicken flipping all night from pain. Continental breakfast was pancakes, syrup only, nothing else at all. AC control not accessible to individual rooms.」
