「My stay was wonderful. The property was very clean with all amenities listed was included. The property is very nice. It felt like home. Ac worked very well. The internet TV, was not as great with lost of connection often. ( not a big deal) I was out and about often. The house keeper was friendly, helpful and loves her work. The neighborhood is safe. Very noisy because its on the main road. Plenty of restaurants around if you don't want to cook your own meals. I really enjoyed my stay...

「The stay was clean and the beach is close by. Owners were easy to communicate with and answered every question quick!」

「I was honestly surprised how clean it was and how accesible it was ! For someone that was by himself it worked out perfect and it was affordable ! I would definitely recommend it for someone who is lowkey to save Money and if you’re going to mainly be out exploring this is the right fit . Accesible TV, WIFI , Clean Showers and Accesible to Kitchen and Bathroom with Shampoo ,Conditioner , and Body Wash. They left me a brand new tooth paste and mouthwash ! Thank you Otium Residentials.」

「The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was fresh, well-cooked, and everything was fresh. The only problem was the side area of he hotel because the water from Laguna was overflowing the street. The valet parking employees were very professional and helpful.」

「The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. 」
