「Our room was very clean and was ready for an early check-in, which was great and very much appreciated with two young children. The facilities are wonderful with free tea and coffee available at any time in the common areas. The staff were very nice and willing to help, thank you!」

We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. 2 things that need to improve though, the shuttle bus which brings us to our accommodation, can it be more frequently(its running every 30mins and always full). Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold.」

「spend 6 days here in this hotel. Hotel is located justnext to Skyline plaza, it is super convenient. Room is spacious and with kitchenette where you can cook your own food. washing machine is a plus!」

「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.」
