The hotel staff was welcoming and very helpful, provided a map to help us navigate the city. The room was spotless and the view was amazing, overlooking the river. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

The shower kept flooding and I don’t get any new towels the whole stay. I’m assuming you have to request for them to clean your room because they won’t do it it other wise. The room was spacious bed was nice. The breakfast was ok, was bit cold

Very happy stay

A lovely hotel, excellent breakfast choices, well stocked by the staff. Room clean and well equipped on arrival. Hotel policy is to clean the room when requested. Wi-fi effective Third time stay of a week each visit. Will be there again next year.

Omg I am inlove with the this hotel!! I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Frankfurt but this was my ultimate. Honestly hands down the best welcome, stay and cleanliness. I wish I knew about this hotel ahead of wasting $ on other ones.
