「Clean hostel」

「The hostel is next to the train station. The room is new and tidy. Although the bathroom is a bit small, it is clean. The hostel has a lot of hygiene measures during the covid-19. The staff are nice and give a lot tourist suggestions in Hamburg.」

「We finished 3 nights stay here, the location is good, few minutes walk to train station, supermarket and restaurants. It is value for money.」

「It's a trouble experience. This hotel set up a scam for every customer. We are forced to pay the extra cost for bad sheet. More importantly, the hotel do not admin our payment online and ask us to pay it again. The attitude of the owner is extremely disrespectful. He ticked other costumers out of the hotel who ask too much questions on the extra cost even they paid the money online to confirm the room already. I lose my confidence on this website already. How can such a bad hotel allowed to do...

「Lítið herbergi, ekki loftkæling. Mjög snyrtilegt og fínt. Þægilegt rúm en bara eins manns rúm (100x200cm). Engar sjónvarpsstöðvar eða streymisveitur í sjónvarpinu. Starfsfólkið yndislegt, sofandi næturvakt sem vaknaði ekki við að ég hringdi í símann eða hringdi á bjöllunni um klukkan 01:30, þurfti að banka fast. Mjög góð staðsetning og kósý hótel. 」
