Pools und rutschen waren in Ordnung. Leider ist die Hotline stark überlastet und man verbringt ewig in der Warteschlange. Weiteres Manko ist, dass wirklich versucht wird, mit allem zusätzlich noch Geld vor Ort zu verdienen. Sehr wenig Inklusivleistungen,wie kostenfreie Spinte.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Für die Kinder wird viel geboten. Wir hatten ein Sunrisehome, könnte etwas sauberer sein und etwas mehr Geschirr könnte vorhanden sein. Ansonsten war alles prima. Lage super. Personal im Tropical Islands alle freundlich, zu Stoßzeiten tun sie mir Leid bei der Anzahl an Besuchern, es müsste mehr eingestellt werden. Bademeister machen ihren Job sehr gut, es ist alles klar regelt und es wird für Sicherheit gesorgt.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist prima. Drei Übernachtungen zusammen mit den Eintritten ins Tropical Island für ca 600 € ist echt in Ordnung. Die grundsätzliche Ausstattung des Häuschens war auch gut. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Schallschutz und die Ausführung der Wände. Man hört wirklich jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarraum. Allergrößter Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche: eine Minipfanne, die kaputt war. Keine Geschirrtücher, kein Schwamm, kein einziges Schneidbrettchen, sehr wenig Besteck und Gläser, gehen so nicht. Es ist eine vollumfängliche Küche vorhanden, in der man aber fast nicht arbeiten kann.

Wir waren im Woodland Häuser- echt schlecht. Spüler funktioniert nicht, Geschirr - Besteck - Gläser nicht ansatzweise ausreichend, Wasserhahn wackelte, man dachte der fällt jeden moment ab. Abfluss im Waschbecken defekt - Wasser lief unten raus wie es oben reinlief (muss Personal gesehen haben, da es schon einen Wasserschaden am Inventar gab). Vorhänge waren verdreckt und die Thermoschicht bis zur Hälfte abgeschnitten. Tür hat sich nicht richtig verschließen lassen (Spalt von 1,5cm). Das Tropical an sich war gut. Die Preise vor Ort teilweise extrem teuer. Neuerdings wird auch für die Spinde Geld verlangt - schade. Leider hat auch die Anmeldung online nicht funktioniert. Heißt man musste sich in die lange Schlange vor Ort anstellen. Was positiv war ist der Shuttlebus der halbstündlich recht zuverlässig fährt.

Das Amazonas Haus, die Angebote sind wirklich alles super und es macht auch Spaß. Aber warum ist es in der Halle nicht mehr tropisch warm, das Wasser war auch schon einmal wärmer, es würde dann auch noch mehr Spaß machen. Unterm Strich kann man immer mal ein Wochenende dort verbringen, aber nur wenn man es wieder tropisch warm macht und die Preise menschlicher werden, für eine 4 köpfige Familie für das Wochenende 1000 Euro investieren ist schon eine nummer (Anreise, Essen ect.) und wirklich nur nutzbar wenn man auf krasse Rabatt Aktionen reagiert.

Es war alles sauber und gut organisiert. Die Lufttemperatur war zu niedrig, deswegen haben wir öfters mal gefroren aber das kann auch an der sehr kalten Außentemperatur gelegen haben. Die Küche war nicht sehr gut ausgestattet im Bungalow. Ansonsten war alles super 👍

Das war unser dritter Aufenthalt und sonst war Alles okay, sonst wären wir ja nicht wieder gekommen. Dieses Mal jedoch gibt es so Einiges zu bemängeln. In unserem Woodland Home war es dreckig. Im Schrank lagen noch Sachen von den Gästen zuvor, der Boden war voller Haare und Flusen und die ersten beiden Tage war es wie in der Sauna, weil die Heizung sich nicht runter drehen ließ und dann ist sie komplett ausgefallen. Im Haus war es also genauso kalt wie draußen, warmes Wasser gab es auch nicht. Im Haus gibt es keine Hinweise auf eine Hotline oder ähnliches, die Rezeption ist geschlossen! Nach der Suche nach Hilfe kam dann aber sehr zügig der Hausmeister und hat uns geholfen! Im Tropical Islands war es dieses Mal echt dreckig. In den Schließfächern, auf den Schließfächern, zwischen den Liegen, auf und unter den Liegen, zwischen den Pflanzen. Die Getränkeautomaten waren sehr häufig leer oder ganz aus, die Solarien waren ebenfalls an allen Tagen ausser Betrieb. Leider sind wir dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht und traurig abgereist. Da ist es bei den Preisen fraglich, ob wir wieder kommen.

Lieder war das tropical Island total überfüllt - obwohl es Weihnachten war . Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung - modern und sauber - leider etwas weg vom Schuss - der Pizza Automat war defekt - man konnte sich nichts zu essen bestellen und musste immer zurück ins tropical um an essen zugelangen . Am ersten Tag ist das Computer System ausgefallen - sodass die Spinde nicht offen oder zu gingen - das hat uns niemand beim einchecken gesagt. Wir mussten 1.5 Stunden in Bade Sachen mit Kindern warten bis uns jemand unseren spinnt zugeschlossen hat .wir waren einmal in tropical Island - würde aber nicht nochmal kommen . Leider zu unorganisiert - zu voll - zu teuer - einfach nur schade …

The amenities are superb! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. 2 things that need to improve though, the shuttle bus which brings us to our accommodation, can it be more frequently(its running every 30mins and always full). Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Tropical Islands Resort, in einem der Sunrise Homes. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und ausgesprochen geräumig – perfekt für Familien oder alle, die etwas mehr Platz möchten. Dank des Transfers zum Dome spielte die Entfernung überhaupt keine Rolle – man war im Nu mitten im Tropenparadies. Besonders praktisch war auch, dass der Eintritt ins Tropical Islands bereits inklusive war – das macht den Aufenthalt gleich doppelt so attraktiv. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!
