"I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting on being given a room. The staff was highly disorganized and majority unhelpful. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton like this, not providing water or cookies like a typical Hilton. Not offering any information on the hotel amenities or area. We waited so long to check in for the room to be cleaned and when I went to shower, the soap was completely empty in both of our rooms that I booked. I would never return to this hotel or recommend it. "

"Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air freshener or something before we arrived, but of course the scents linger. It wasn't overpowering but there was definitely a scent. It was pleasant and not used to cover up other smells at all, but for someone with a fragrance allergy I wish it would have been known at booking. Staff was extremely responsive when I called, however, so that was much appreciated! "
