"The Arlo experience is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel a lot. Not only is the hotel stunning the service is top notch! Every one from the front desk to people who greet you to the pool staff. You’re not only welcome you are given top notch service. I love the texting option for things you need I can’t say enough good things about this location. It’s in a beautiful area with lots art and high energy Miami vibes. The room was extremely clean the view was beautiful the whole hotel is a vibe! Worth every penny and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended! "

"Room was extremely cold even after turning off the AC system. We don't know why at this point. We couldn't connect to Netflix or YouTube because the chromecast had some kind of problem they couldn't solve. Bed was kind of uncomfortable since looking like a king bed was divided in the middle. Besides that staff was really kind and friendly "

"Clean room but deadbolt didn’t work and if you closed the. Bathroom door you couldn’t open it and the pool was only open until 5 pm where it wasn’t listed anywhere!!!! "

"The room had a constant buzzing noise. I stayed the night and changed hotels. The noise came from the bathroom. At first i thought it was a cruise ship in the distant.."

"Great location near the stadium, but limited dining and amenities within walking distance. The on-site restaurant closed two hours earlier than expected, which was frustrating. Staff and bellman were excellent, but the concierge was less helpful. Parking setup was tricky with an international phone, though convenient once working. Rooms feel more like a residence (fridge, stove, pullout sofa), making it better suited for longer stays than short visit"
