Regal Palms 4 Stars Hotels

"The property had just had the carpets cleaned the day that we arrived. No fans were running so we had soppy wet carpet which made things not only a mess, but dangerous going from wet carpet to tile. I called the property management twice about this and 6 days later still have yet to hear from them. No extra garbage bags (only get 1), no wash cloths in the kitchen, no shower curtain in the master bath, floors had been quickly cleaned but along the edges were caked with hair and other grossness....
