"The place was clean and staff was great. If you are traveling with big groups and/or small kids this is a dream place with cafeteria style food and all the amenities. If you are older and looking for good quiet drinks and food look somewhere else. We had fun just not a lot of good food options for us. Disney has good transportation and Universal was Uber ride away."

"Hotel was clean. Pool nice. Room-not so great. Very minimalistic, no furniture or place for your clothes. Had to put my suitcase on the floor. Room was very dark. Shower is walk in-water gets all over the floor. Bathroom sinks are very tiny-hard to wash your face without getting water everywhere. Breakfast was so-so. "

"We had a great stay at Vacation Village on Parkway in Orlando. The location is excellent—very close to Disney and many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and plenty of space for our family to relax after a long day at the parks. The resort grounds were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, and the amenities like the pools and hot tubs were a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay if you’re visiting the Orlando theme parks. Good value for the space you get, and convenient for families."

"This resort appears to prioritize Conferences and the guests connected to these events. Service was average at best, poor at worst. "

"No hand soap in the bathroom. I called down the first day for some and was told they'd send some up. We never got soap. The next day housekeeping came and "cleaned" the room, still no hand soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping was in this room twice, once to clean it initially for my visit then one of the nights during my stay. If they are not supplying handsoap which takes two seconds to put by a sink, that makes me question all cleanliness. Are you really changing sheets and pillow cases between guests? I wanted to like this resort because of location but it's a no for me. If you miss the big things (like basic handsoap) you're missing the little details. "
