"This resort is not well maintained. It needs a lot of updating. The showers were dirty and old and musty. The common areas are not clean either. They charge a resort fee which seems un warranted. I would not call this a resort."

"Very nice hotel for the price. More than adequate for our needs. Nothing fancy but everything was clean, rooms were nice, and free breakfast got us going every morning. "

"The only downside was having to sit down with a guest service person to obtain a parking pass and made to listen to their spiel about a time share opportunity that would only take 90 minutes of my time and not accepting my "no" the first time. In this marketing attempt I was asked, loudly in the middle of the lobby, if I was married or single. Completely inappropriate question, I don't care if it's part of the marketing or not, that question places guests at a greater risk for safety/security issues. This question needs to be remedied so that your guests feel safe while on your property. Your sales people also need to take "no" as the answer the first time it is given."
