The staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel was a little rundown but you cant beat the price, especially with how close it is to Magic Kingdon without being on Disney property! I really have no complaints. It had everything I needed and it all worked.

Worth it for what you pay

While the property is under some renovations, it is still a nice property to stay. Very much just gives you the bear essentials for a common stay. The staff is extremely kind. The free Disney shuttle is very worth it.

Everything about the same was super nice. I think the only thing that could be even somewhat of a complaint is the room was a little musty, but you could tell that they put a lot of effort into making their room, super clean and super comfortable for their guests and it’s really appreciative. Thank you so much for the stay!

The place is run down but for the price one really can’t complain. The staff were very friendly and it was very quiet at night. I’ll stay again because it fairly close to the parks and you can’t beat the price.

Good place

Lots of restaurant options around the hotel. Free breackfast in the morning but we didnt partake. 7-11 close by for snack and refreshments. Bed was comfortable and clean. Good price for stay.

The staff was great and very kind and helpful throughout. I stayed here by myself to save some money while other family stayed on site at Disney. For a place to sleep and shower, it was fine. Breakfast was the same as most other places - carbs upon carbs. Only takes about 10 minutes to get to the various parks. As a parent, I would find a different place to save money if you're trying to do this on a budget. I wouldn't bring my kids here.

Staff were friendly, cleaning staff amazing! However, this property is very outdated (but to be fair I was looking for a value hotel and did not mind this) I did find it very frustrating that the room smelled very mildewy throughout my stay, the sheets while cleaned clearly had staining. I did not experience any issues with bugs. For the cost this was about what I expected, but the photos use online make it look much better than it actually is.
