"We were disappointed with our stay at the Buckhorn Inn. I had called the owner in the morning to let them know of our time of arrival and nobody was there to unlock the door for us. After waiting for twenty minutes we drove to the next restaurant to call them, since there is no cell phone reception at the Inn. Lucky for us, the owner happened to have dinner there but she barely apologized. Decor Is also extremely outdated and the breakfast was very mediocre as well. The Inn is currently for...

"The accommodations were great, but we were sent the wrong code for the lockbox key by Hotels.com. This caused some anxious moments on our arrival at the Storefront East, but fortunately we obtained the correct info by calling the help number we were provided. Aside from this glitch, everything about the stay was great, and we will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips to the Staunton area."
