"This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction."

"Beautiful space. Love the amenities. Staff was kind & gracious. Enjoyed the billiards room & walking downtown for dinner."
