「I was surprised how nice the room was. Pool was dirty alittle, but all in all U would stay again.」

「Found two dirty wash rags in the shower curtain. The soap and shampoo dispensers where empty. Breakfast was not that great. Cereal, Bagels and toast. Coffee wasn't all that good. I won't be staying there again and I travel past there a couple times a year.」

「Dog feces, indoors, in the front entryway. Hole in bathroom wall from door handle, spackle missing entirely or mold on the ceilings. It is absolutely not safe to stay here, door was messed with and jimmied during the night, but had the door barricaded, left before dawn and didn’t stay the second night. Ideal place to stay if you plan on cooking meth or have a deathwish.」

Just as wonderful is the staff - everyone was welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel's Magnolia South Restaurant. Service couldn't have been better. 「Overall: Poor quality. Terrible place to stay.」

「The A/C in our room was broken…80° all night. Clearly there were A/C issues in the entire floor as the lobby on the 4th floor was hot too. Called the front desk; never offered another room. The property is very cool and historic. It was disappointing to have this issue. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well apportioned. The on site restaurant is only open for breakfast which was also frustrating.」
