「This hotel is centrally located for all that we wanted to do, between hiking trails off Skyline Drive to antiquing at the multitude of antique malls and shops in the area. The hotel has been consistently clean, quiet and in very good condition over the several years we have been visiting the area. Management is especially responsive to suggestions and happy to assist guests in any way they can. Kudoes to Jaime for being a wonderful asset!」

「Ons verblijf was in één woord fantastisch! Zeer gastvrije eigenaren, heerlijk diner en ook een fantastisch ontbijt. De suite (Tyler) was veel groter dan we verwacht hadden!」

「This property was a one night stop for us on our way to Shenendoah NP. It was perfect! The cabin was lovely, just enough space for 2, with everything we needed. We enjoyed building a campfire (wood/starter probided!) and eating the s’mores which were also provided for us. The quiet wooded surroundings were lovely. Definitely worth it! 」

「Boar’s Head is an iconic Charlottesville property. Is accommodations are quaint, although sone are quite dates. The food is fine but I think there are other restaurants that are better. Overall, worth the price. 」

「The manager was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. The manager seemed to be there most of the time. Breakfast was hot and tasty with eggs, bacon, toasts, bagels, cereal, fruit, several coffees, yogurt. The fresh waffle machine worked. They even had a certain exotic tea that I liked on hand, (Bigelow Green Tea with Ginger). And breakfast on the weekends extends to 10am, which is a Godsend after a night of partying. 「Very large and comfortably laid-out room, with a sectional sofa, large desk, side table, refrigerator. Very homelike. Service was superb. Location so close to UVA. Very good experience and I highly recommend.」
