The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. 「I stayed one night at Sleep Inn and Suites. Upon arrival, I had a quick and easy check-in; both of the individuals were extremely welcoming and helpful. My trip consisted of visiting the nearby Monticello, which made this a very convenient location to stay at. The room was clean and as described, although the guy at the counter did upgrade me (free of charge) to a king size bed which was nice. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the area and visiting Monticello.」
