「While the property is lovely and the stay has been nice, I will say that the information provided before finalizing the booking was missing pertinent information. There was no mention of the two sets of stairs at the front entrance. There was no mention of receiving a code for entry to property until after I booked a non-refundable booking. 「Great place in the middle of town. Parking was quick and easy in the garage across the street. Walking distance to everything in Staunton. We'll stay here again on our next trip to the Shenandoah.」
