「We loved everything about our room. The only thing we had difficulty with was the directions on how to get to the room from the wharf side of the building. They were really confusing. We ended up going around the block a few times until we found a spot on Middlebrook Ave.」

「BEWARE OF THE NON DISCLOSURE OF $80 CLEANING OR TOWEL FEES - ADDED AT CHECK OUT. We booked our stay through Expedia, where the apparent "$80 towel fee" was buried deep in the terms and conditions. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the extra charge. After three days of going back and forth with Expedia & Historic Berkeley, I was finally able to get the cleaning fee refunded from Expedia, even though the monies were collected at the hotel. The hotel was apologetic but placed the blame...
