Caribbean Ski Vacations

Upon check-in, not many people at the front desk could speak English. We were given our room when we walked all the way up three flights of stairs with our luggage. We opened our room and there were other people in it. We had to go back down to the front desk with all of our luggage and sweatshirts in 82° weather and thank God for Jaylin he was a godsend as well as Galvin. They both spoke perfect English could not believe that we received a room with somebody else in it immediately grabbed our luggage, got us a different room, and personally escorted us to our room on a golf cart. The staff at the restaurants were also very nice and good service. The only issue that I had with this place was that it is too crowded. I felt like it was oversold for the holidays there were lines for everything you had to wake up at 6 AM to put a towel on a chair or you wouldn’t get one. Every beach chair was taken by 7:30 AM. There were people selling things and bothering you all day whether it was a spa treatment jet ski skiing it wasn’t a relaxing vacation on the other hand. There wasn’t a lot for teens to do. It was geared towards toddlers and strollers I would not go back to this resort. I like smaller more boutique type of places, but that is me doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the place. It just wasn’t my cup of tea. Shout out to Galvin and Jaylin. They went above and beyond and should be recognized for their outstanding efforts.
